Abstract
This article endeavours to assess the post-Covid-19 energy transition, as well as the interrelation between energy transition and nationalism. By considering the fact that the Covid-19 restrictions decrease global energy use and energy demand, it can be argued that the Covid-19 is not among the main problems as to energy transition. Hence, in order to predict the post Covid-19 energy transition and problems that may occur in this regard, it is crucial to consider circumstances prior to the Covid-19.
