Abstract
(University of Montpellier) Any specific legal provisions on nuclear third party liability are absenting in the Euratom Law at the time. Consequently, the legal framework for nuclear third party liability in the Member States remains governed by the particular international convention in force (in cases the member state is a Contracting Party of any of them), by the national nuclear liability legislation in force respectively.
