Abstract
Cross-border gas transactions by pipeline have been increasing dramatically. Many integrated gas pipelines are operating and a number of potential cross-border gas project are being constructed rapidly in the world. In Southeast Asian region, a mega project called The Trans-ASEAN Gas Pipeline Project (TAGP) has been approved by the Association of Southeast Asian Countries (ASEAN).
