Introduction
Following scientific warnings about the depletion of the ozone system through harmful activities of man, the United States of America banned the use of aerosols containing chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) believed to be injurious to the ozone layer. The ozone layer shields man from ultra violet rays of the sun reaching the earth surface and which causes cancer.
