Abstract
The AP6 Charter is a non-legally binding commitment of six Asia-Pacific countries to create a cooperative framework for the development and deployment of technological solutions to what they describe as "development, energy, environment and climate change objectives". The clear purpose is to integrate all four objectives. The AP6 Partners will progressively pursue initiatives for the achievement of their objectives over time via a series of public / private Task Forces.
