David Creedy

Dr David Creedy was until recently a Technical Director for Wardell Armstrong responsible for business development in China and specialising in coal bed methane, coal mine methane and other coal-related energy projects in China. He is a Chartered Engineer with over 25 years experience in coal seam gas phenomena. He was previously head of the Methane Group at British Coal's Mining Research and Development Establishment and was responsible for assessing gas availability and technical constraints on a wide range of coal mine methane (CMM) projects. Whilst at Wardell Armstrong he has managed major coalbed methane related projects in many countries for governments, various financial institutions, investors and many private companies. He now continues his work in China as an independent consultant but still retaining a close working relationship with Wardell Armstrong.
