Campbell Herbert is a senior associate in MWE's International Arbitration Group based in London. His practice covers commercial and investment treaty arbitrations, as well as disputes before national courts. His representations include sovereign states and state-owned entities, and multi-national companies spanning a broad range of industry sectors.
Campbell is a solicitor advocate (civil) of the senior courts of England and Wales, and is admitted to practice in New York, New Zealand, New South Wales and the Cayman Islands.
He holds an LL.B. (Hons (First Class)) and B Com (Economics) from Victoria University of Wellington, and an LL.M. (Hons (First Class)) in international arbitration from the University of Auckland. He is a PhD candidate in investment treaty arbitration at the Grotius Centre at Leiden University, and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He serves on the Editorial Board of the International Arbitration Law Review.
