Cea Mittler is a legal expert operating at the intersection of maritime and energy law, with a particular focus on the decarbonisation of the transport industry and its implications on business, regulation, and the economy. She currently holds a position as a legal specialist at the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency's Sustainable Environment network.
