Richmond Osei-Hwere

Richmond Osei-Hwere holds a Master of Laws (LLM) Degree in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Richmond is also a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. He was called to the bar in 2004 and has a wide experience in civil litigation and criminal prosecution. He is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He has served as a senior state attorney at the Attorney-General's Department of Ghana. Richmond is currently a PhD student at the University of Aberdeen. His research is into Ghana's petroleum regulatory regime.
