Introduction
Any book by Terence Daintith engenders a sense of eager anticipation in those such as I who have known him since 1984 when I attended what was then the Petroleum Law Centre in Dundee. The present book was no exception and I grabbed the opportunity to review it with great enthusiasm and pleasure, not least because it appeared to offer a different ‘take’ on its subject matter.
